Morph goes to town on Westminster signs
Following on from our last post describing the unprecedented backlash against Westminster City Council’s illegal scooter and motorcycle parking tax, we have found this handy instructional video on YouTube.
A parking sign that has been “Rathboned” (obliterated with paint in any way) is invalid, if you park in a bay whose sign has been painted DO NOT PAY! You cannot be given a ticket. A ticket issued in error will be cancelled upon appeal. Just make sure you take a pic of your bike like Morph does. Full details here.
